My journey collecting discarded items and giving them new life has been fuelled by my dreams of changing the world, creating an outlet out of the endless waste machine.. but how much of being a martyr is to my own demise. Did my proximity to garbage enable others to treat me as such ? Is this lamp the turnaround that celebrates my efforts or does this pipe just lead to more pipes .. is this pipe still going to end up in the trash and when it gets there will I meet it again?

An artist searching for answers will tell you how easy it is to make a world that recycles itself. Where the materials’ death and/or transformations are engrained in the design. Used doesn’t have to look old, recycled doesn’t have to say cheap. Retreat doesn’t imply failure. Time and space are the truest luxuries in this world.
